According to your own customer service it’s only 2gb. This should be included in specs as it’s not enough to run smoothly. Your previous model I assumed was an aberration but if this is how you put out models and then you refuse to support them. That’s a problem. If your customer service is wrong please advise. But otherwise answer the question in public and stand by your products. As a 20 year Samsung tv holder I am very disappointed.
