“What is the difference between the “T” model versus the non T model?”

• The T model denotes the 2020 production year. Also, the T model is edge lit. It is a bit surprising that the newest model went to edge lit whereas the 2019 model of the same part number was not. That seems like a step backward. Anyway, the picture is good and there does not seem to be much edge bleed.

• Tinman - The 2020 models are T models . The 85Q70T does benefit from Samsung's new Dual LED technology which allows the TV to more accurately balance color and brightness. Samsung TVs with Dual LED produce a wider viewing angle. ^Jason
