You are correct, the Q70T uses an Edge-lit with Dual LED backlighting technology, which adjusts the color tone so you can watch it the way it was meant to be seen. Samsung TVs with Dual LED also produce a wider viewing angle with improved brightness and contrast, making it better for everybody watching. ^Gina
