My work pc had two pre cabled drive bays but you will need to purchase cable as there is no cable with drive.

It doesn’t come with any cables. It’s just the drive.

No, the SATA power cable are not included, same for the other cable not being included.

No, it does not come with any. Your motherboard, case, and power supply should come with all the cables you need.
