Windows 10 S does not come with one, and it will only allow you to install software that is available in the Windows Store, and I'm not certain if they have such an app. I have yet to see one there. As a retired IT professional with over two decades of experience, I find 10 S too limiting. It's fine if all you want is a computer that does all the basic tasks and you never plan to change it, but it limits what can be done 'under the hood'. I've had two friends that acquired Windows 10 S machines, and neither liked it, so we switched one to 10 Home, and the other to 10 Pro. It is a one-way switch, so you cannot go back to S.
