“I just got this today, and I wonder: do you have to charge before using? How do I know it's fully charged before I can use It? Tried using it without it being plugged into the wall charger and it wouldn't charge. Help! Thanks.”

• It needs to be plugged into the wall in order to charge. It’s not a portable charger. The idea is to simply place your phone to charge without plugging in your actual phone. Hope this helps.
