Why does my Samsung Galaxy 6 get hot when I charge it null

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and my phone does the exact same thing. It may just be from the added stress of connecting to the phone wirelessly instead of directly through a cable.

All batteries get warm when charging. It happens with all nicads.
