Unfortunately this is invented for the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S 6 Edge Plus. The wireless charging feature of this would work with the Galaxy S 6 and Galaxy S 6 Edge, but the fast charging part is for the later devices. So no the S 5 is not compatible with this product.

Would work for the galaxy s5 if you converted your s5 for wireless charging. Still the s5 isn't designed to utilize the fast wireless charging, so this one would be overkill.

No it won't. The s6 and s6 edge + are compatible.

It is compatible however you will need to buy the S5 wireless charging back cover and the fast charging capability will not work.
