A:AnswerWorks for me. I have an Otter Box Defender that I feel must be removed before placing the S8 on the charger. Everything I've read says you can damage the phone if you leave anything between it and the charger. There is a blue light that comes on when I place the phone on the charger. The light turns green when the phone reached 100%. I put it on when I go to bed and when I wake up, my S8 is fully charged. Put the Otter Box back on and off I go.
A:AnswerI used to have a similar qi wireless charger for my car, and it did not mess with the bluetooth at all. This particular charger, however, is not designed to be used in a car. I would worry about the heat inside the car during the daytime ruining it (I live in SoCal).
A:AnswerThe S5 does not support wireless charging out of the box. Samsung sold a wireless charging replacement back that could be put on the back of the S5 to allow wireless charging.
