We have an S4 and a Note5 they both have cases and it charges through them. For the S4 we had to buy a battery adaptor that attaches to the battery in order for the wireless charger to work. We found that online.

I have note9 and it works great. I have the thin black bumper guard style case and no issue. The only thing I noticed is that it is not the center of the phone for charging, I found that 60 40 with the 60 over the charge gets the best charge time. I think it is just where the battery is located inside but the blue light let's you know if your getting good charge.

Hello, I have a Samsung S8, and the "generic" car charger I purchased for car was useless. Of course I paid 14.99 for it at grocery store because i would be driving around and didn't want my phone to run out of battery.

I plugged in the car charger (had a time finding the power port....looking for where you plug in the cigarette lighter) no cigarette lighter port. Anyway, I was amazed at how quickly it charged my phone.
I am using the wireless charging stand right now and it isn't as lightning fast like the car charger but it is working.
I did not remove the case because that would be a royal pain to keep doing. But so far it works with leaving it on.

Yes I did and it was not good. I have a thin case and it seemed to start to charge but could never keep it connected. I am still looking for a product to use. So far no luck. That’s the one thing Android has over iPhone that I want. Let’s go Apple figure it out.

It charges through an otterbox. From what I've heard, it'll charge through cases that don't have metal behind the back of the phone. Make sure it's not a credit card case, though. I've heard that could ruin the magnetic strips.

My Samsung S9+ works with this charger. I have the pretty mirror case which is thicker but carry phone in my purse so it is protected. Sometimes I need to lay the phone down twice until it will give me the solid blue light for a satisfactory induction connection.. That is my error not the charger. But I like it nonetheless.

I put my Samsung Galaxy on it in a case and it works most of the time. Sometimes it does not and I have to use a wall charger. Would say it works fine 90% of the time. Frustrating when it does not.

I have a Note 5 with the defender otter box on it. It charges just fine, but you have to make sure it is centered on the pod.
