“The charger is not charging the light is coming on at the base like it's charging but it's not charging phone it's a light blue light when it was charging the phone it was a darker blue”

Sometimes mine will start charging and I walk away and come back and see that it had stopped. If you pick the phone up about 1 2" or so and center it back on the charger, it should start. If it still doesn't charge, take it back for replacement.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Disconnect the power adapter from the wireless charger for 30 seconds. Then go to your phone settings, search for NFC, and make sure NFC functionality is enabled. Lastly, reconnect the power adapter to the wireless charger.
