It will work, but it might take forever. Works best with a note 5. I recommend taking case off if you do plan on charging it.

Will work as standard charger for s6 and fast charger for s6 edge plus. It charges right through my case without any issues.

For this answer I say no, I charge my phone and it is a Note-5 while in the case and it charges it just fine and at the same speed.
