“Why is the sound when watching a movie so muffled? I can hardly understand what people are saying?? Watching regular TV the sound is fine, but watching a movie or streaming service the audio when people speak is muffled.”

Hello JB, Make sure that the speakers are not being blocked by anything and that you do have the Soundbar placed correctly with the Samsung logo facing up. Use the Surround Sound by pressing the Sound Mode button on the remote. This will allow for a wider range of audio improving your overall experience.
