Yes it will!! I got it for this reason. My tablet kept telling me it was not original charger and charging turtle speed slow!! I got this charger, and now it no longer gives me the warning. It's not as fast as I thought ,but still decently fast!! It's charged in about 4 hrs. I would recommend considering it's picky about chargers ,and accepts this one just fine!
