My microwave does not brings out the heat but it shows it’s on . What’s wrong with it and it did not come with the manual guide null

Your question is confusing at the least. The light is on and the plate is rotating BUT its not heating ? Was any button hit ? Did u try to open the door and then it did what you state ?
Is it still under warranty ? You find most manuals online now...
