“How do I get the microwave to stop randomly going from displaying the current time, to all of a sudden having 3 or 7 seconds left on a cook time, ON ITS OWN?!?! It's almost like the internal computer is malfunctioning.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to schedule a tech appointment with the same issue as chat help was unable to resolve it. Company shold recall this item as it is a known issue. My appointment is next week and given the cost of a microwave vs repair, I may by a new one and it won't be Samsung
