Hello, I purchased this microwave with the assistance of one of the representatives in store and explained to her that my microwave space was for a 36in microwave. I was told that this microwave was the one to get b/c it comes with the filler..it didn’t null

it would help if people would read the question before answering it. the microwave is 30 inches wide for a cut out of 36 inches. The filler closes the gap and I have never seen them included with the unit. Must be purchased separate.

Sorry... I can't be of any help in answering your question. I have no idea what Best Buy meant when they said this microwave came with a "FILLER". Never heard of the term "FILLER" before. Sorry. I had a standard microwave over my stove top and this Samsung unit replaced it perfectly. No additional hardware or customization required.

It should have came with a filter . Mine did it's just a thin small filter. you have to take the top front of the microwave off to insert it & it has to be facing the correct way.
