Yes this product does come with its own mounting bracket. Check to see if its already on the back side of the microwave. If not contact Best Buy to let them know.

You are missing parts! Ours came with the mounting bracket & screws. We were lucky & our old microwave also used the very identical bracket we found upon removal of that one. 

The Samsung ME21R7051SS also came with the placement diagram which was not specific to our microwave #ME21R7051SS but was close enough to kinda help. Good thing my husband knew how to do it without the exact diagram.

Great question, Mary.  Our Samsung microwaves come with all the necessary pieces, including a mounting template, to mount the unit.  ^Lo

The mounting kit for my Microwave was already attached to the back of the unit. You have to take it off and mount it to the wall separately.
