A:AnswerI just received a brand new Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and same situation... new construction, under which the 2020 NEC 210.8(d) requires GFCI on kitchen appliance circuits... and it trips GFCI in lesss than 15 seconds. Tried it on 4 different branch circuits (all with brand new Leviton GFCI/AFCI combo breakers) and it trips every one.
So I immediately ordered a replacement unit direct from Samsung... and you guessed it, SAME PROBLEM! There is a serious problem with Samsung quality, surely now that it's an NEC requirement they shouldn't be shipping refrigerators with over 10mA of leakage current!
I'm not sure what the best course of action, but I'll start by posting this several places and see if I can get Samsung's attention!

No, it can't be mounted. Our counter-depth refrigerators have a depth of 24-25 inches (not including the doors or handles). They will typically fit better on your counter with only the doors sticking out and increase the walking space.
Counter Depth models are useful for a sleeker look in the kitchen and can mean not reaching very far into the refrigerator to get things from the back.

The refrigerator model that does not have the beverage center is the Auto Fill Water Pitcher type; however, it will also not have the Family Hub panel on it.
