It comes with in my case Stainless Steel panels and I was able to take advantage of their Promo for 4 additional panels.

You have to purchase the panels separately.  I made the same mistake and it came without panels.

Samsung provides different types of panels for you to choose. From traditional stainless steel to different colored stainless steel and different colored glass panels. Whatever you choose is included in the price of course. There’s also an offer to get a second set of panels free if you order before the end of the year I believe
