“I'm looking at the Stainless steel version does that mean the panels that it comes with are stainless steel and already on? Also it shows a ice scoop and "loose" ice. My fridge the ice cubes melt together. Does the fridge have ice that is truly loose?”

There are two ice bins that sit side by side in the freezer. One bin has the larger ice cubes, and the other has small ice cubes. The freezer stays very cold, so the ice does not melt and is easy to retrieve with the scoop.
