It does come with 4 door panels. You can check what’s included to confirm. Beverage center cannot be moved. Its a fixed design on the left. But overall the unit is amazing. Very happy with the product

Yes. The fridge ships with the Matte Black panel attached.
To the best of my knowledge, there is no right side beverage center option.
