No it is not. You can buy them on Amazon for pretty cheap though.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm not sure where you read that as when we received our unit the panels were already preinstalled on it. To add to this I watched them open the box that clearly had never been opened before. You can however register on Samsung's website for a free replacement set of panels and a suction cup if you'd like to further personalize it.
