Hi, That's an interesting question. Here are some of the pros and cons for glass and metal(stainless). The Glass Pro: panels are easier to clean, glossier, and can help prevent dings and scratches. Cons: it can break once hit by enough force with a pointed, even blunt object. For Stainless(Metals) Pro: industrial look, Durable Cons: Color options are on the matte/darker shade. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Love the finish on the glass! Easy to clean. Have metal panels on order arriving sometime in July. Can’t comment on those yet. If you’re asking about durability, glass is pretty impervious except if you run a scooter or something into it. But then a metal panel would dent. So there’s that.
