To anyone reading this looking for an answer to my original question- don’t bother calling the number listed above. We were indeed missing retaining clips and so I called the number as suggested in the reply. I was transferred from Support to Geek Squad to Parts and then ultimately told to go buy them in store. But parts could not tell me how much they cost nor if they were even sold in store. What a joke.

Same thing with me. I called the number above and got transferred to 5 different places with still nobody able to help me. Crazy such a cheap piece can’t be obtain (even paying).

Same problem here. The guys are literally delivering it while I type this. Sounds like what they have been doing is pulling clips from other packages to fulfill their current delivery so it's an endless cycle of missing clips and the last deliveryis stuck with one clip short. Seems to be a known issue that is not getting fixed.

We had the exact same issue. Seems they pack two and then give you no means to re-order the 3rd
