A:Answer You have panels?!!! I’ve been waiting since April for mine. I received my refrigerator from Best Buy, after ordering from Home Depot. When my appliance didn’t arrive,from HD, I called the store and was told that my order was cancelled by manufacturer because I hadn’t ordered the panels, which had to be ordered separately. I then ordered from Best Buy, and I specifically inquired about a separate order of the panels. I was told panels were included. When my fridge arrived-no panels! I called store, had to order separately and pay an additional $320, I have been told that these panels were no longer being manufactured! They aren’t even listed as back ordered
