Let us help you out. I have shared the link to this model's user manual below. Please visit the link and turn to page 14 for the lower and upper rack tines usage. Turn to pages 18 to 23 for a quick guide in loading the racks properly. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/202308/20230809164225409/North_America_DW7000B_WEB_DW0005_English.pdf In addition, I have shared a few things you could check and or try to make it easier: 1. Check the Tracks: Make sure the tracks the dishwasher slides on are clean and free of any debris. Sometimes crumbs or bits of food can get stuck, causing friction. 2. Inspect the Wheels or Rollers: This dishwasher has wheels or rollers on the tracks that can wear out over time. Check to see if any of them are damaged or need lubrication. 3. Adjust the Leveling Feet: If the dishwasher is not level, it can affect how smoothly it slides. Use a wrench to adjust the leveling feet until the dishwasher is level from side to side and front to back. Please visit the Samsung link I have shared below for a guide in leveling your dishwasher.
