• You have access to 3 sides when cover is closed, including the top for charging.

• It allows easy access to the charger port - and yet it's on top. If charging is needed while in use it's much easier to charge because it's not on the bottom, my tab 3 charger port was on the bottom and made it cumbersome to charge wile in use.
