• How does it work?? I am an OLD Blackberry User and used the BB Desktop feature they provided. Does Samsung provide such a platform to download to my Desktop and use that to sync btw. cell and outlook?? Be provide just a tad more detail for me please. Forever grateful.

• Yes it does. You set up exchange and it will sync your email, contacts and calendar.
