Yes it can. It an also do 2 inputs from different sources and will display them separatelt left and right

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are running Windows 10, you can snap windows and it looks very similar to running dual monitors. I run 3 24" at work and have no issues working from home from my single 49", occasionally I will run a veritcal 24" next to it for email. You simply have to change up your workflow. You won't have a desire to run most apps full screen because it really is impossible to focus on a single window that is taking up that much space. You basically end up with a bunch of more appropriately sized windows open at all times. I had no issues adapting.
