Yes I have had 64 GB in my Galay S5 for a year and just put this 32 GB in my brothers-in-law's S4. The work great.

Probably. They are new enough so they should be able to handle a class 10 card

Yes, I know for a fact the 32GB will work, not 100% sure about the 64GB.

Check your specs. The S5 is expandable to 32GB. I'm not sure about the note.
