• The ice maker is independent of the zone control, so the ice maker will always make ice if you choose.

• The bottom right zone is always a freezer. But it has nothing to do with the ice maker which is in the top left zone. Bottom right is the flex area, which can be one of several settings from deep freeze to just barely cool.

• Hi, The unit only has one flex zone so at most you can have is 3 refrigerator areas. The icemaker is a separate compartment in the top left of the refrigerator.
