• No, it will not. A Galaxy Note 3 and a Galaxy 5 require their back cover to be replaced with one that is compatible with the wireless chargers. I am not sure whether Samsung, or an OEM, offers a replacement back cover for the Galaxy Note 2.

• It will but you need to get a wireless charging receiver module in order to add wireless charging capability.

• You have to add a wireless charging adapter like what's shown here http://tinyurl.com/hd5mg8z it's essentially a antenna for wireless power. If you're sporting a note 2, maybe just consider a note 5 or s7 edge to get the most out of the fast charger
