A:AnswerI did some research after having a similar question and here's what I found.
Model NX58K7850SS features include:
Reversible Cast Iron Griddle
Custom Wok Grate
1 Gliding Rack (2 Flat Racks)
Oval Center Burner
Right Front Burner 18,000 BTU’s
Model NX58M6850SS features include:
No Griddle
No Wok Grate
3 Flat Racks (No Gliding Rack)
Round Center Burner
Right Front Burner 16,000 BTU’s
A:AnswerYes, but then it can only be used as a single oven. You have to take the divider out. You cannot cook an 18 pound turkey in one oven and a pie in another not enough space for the Turkey.
A:AnswerOne has an oval griddle burner in the middle and the right front burner has a wok grate. The other has just a center burner in the middle and no wok grate.
A:AnswerIf you have one already, no. If you have a way to distribute the smoke or aroma then no. Venthood is usually to expel the smoke, aroma from the cooking area as to prevent smoke alarms to go off.
A:AnswerI believe most plumbers or furnace professionals are very familiar with a standard gas hookup and where to locate it in the wall to install a gas stove. If they have questions and really need to know exact measurements they can look at the stove or drop past any retail outlet that handles it and take measurements. Usually it is not that critical because the flexible connecting line that goes from the gas pipe in your wall to the stove could be two to four or five feet long to allow a person to connect it,then push the stove back into the space. That being said,as you look at the front of the stove, towards the back and towards the space it will fit into, the connection is down near the floor and towards the left hand side of the back side of the stove. (Not all the way --but significantly towards the left side from center) I believe my pipe extended up out of the floor about 10-12 inches . One note of importance, in order to make sure the stove can fit all the way back against the wall and not have a gap between the back of the stove and the wall, the flexible (although stiff) connecting line needs to fold into the horizontal recessed space on the lower back of the stove as you push the stove back into the space. If it comes up vertically there will be a gap behind the back of the stove where stuff can fall behind. So for an installer who pays attention to that detail you should not have a problem. Why not pay best buy to install it and save the hassle? I installed my own and did a great job but took me 4 trips to three stores to get all the right angles of elbows and brass connectors to get everything to fit into the space and to get the size of the connecting line to fit into that space at the back of the stove.
