Q: QuestionI was told this oven did not use high temperatures to clean, it used steam. 1. which is true? If high temperature.... how hot? 2. how do I clean the metal divider plate? Thank you

• A:Answer There is a Steam Quick clean which uses high temperature steam clean the oven in about 20 minutes, but the temperature isn't provided. There is also a self clean mode which takes 2 to 4 hours. When you self clean, the racks should come out of the oven.

Q: QuestionIs there a cover that goes around the top burners,so if there is spillage or a mistake where the top gets dirty?That way to take the cover to the sink & wash it & be done, in lieu of having to work at the stove.My old GE came with that & makes life easier
