“Are those open burners? I see the pull out tray under the burners but do not see on specs if they are open or chosed burners. thanks.”

• The burners are closed. The actual burners are easily removed for cleaning underneath, but everything is sealed under the stainless steel panel. The steel panel does not remove. So far I've had no problem in wiping up spills. Actually much easier to clean than the previous open burners I had with removable tray.

• I am not sure what is meant by a closed burner. The burners on this range have a visible flame. Does this make it an open burner?
