A:AnswerYes there is a pan underneath the drawer and I just pulled mine out to see if you could remove the warming drawer and it doesn't look like you can. Not sure what to do! Did you look in the owner's manual? You also might ask the sales people at the store you purchased the oven.
A:AnswerBobbin, It’s just a safety measure. The light is just a reminder that the stove top surface could still be hot. Once it cools down the light will turn off.
A:AnswerI've cleaned mine with a sponge and regular dish soap and water. After doing this several times and getting tired of it, I went to a local Christmas tree shop and purchased an oven liner for less than $10 to keep it clean. Now it's clean all the time
A:AnswerI have the gas version of this oven and the same thing started happening a couple weeks ago. What I found is that it appears that the door has become slightly misaligned. If I pull up (pretty hard) on the handle as I pull out The door opens.
Unfortunately there was a snafu when I purchased the oven and I didn’t purchase the warranty so I’m stuck. I haven’t discovered a way to try and realign the door yet but I’ve discovered that the sticking has to do with the latch on the door being not lined up properly with the receiving end on the door. Good luck. I’ll update if I find a fix.
A:AnswerThe warming drawer has 3 settings, low, medium and high. The manual does not say what temperatures these are. It says you should allow 25 minutes for it to heat up and it is only intended to keep warm food warm, not to heat up cold food.

A:AnswerGreat news, mtrombonec! Page 39 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3cgIpil) has a section with instructions on how to use the "Sound on/off" feature. This will allow you to set the oven to operate silently. ^Jecca
