Hi Chey, Your question about the temperature setting and simultaneous use of the dual oven are good ones. You can set different temperature settings on the upper and lower oven when twin mode is activated. Also, you can use the upper oven without utilizing the lower oven and vice-versa. Leo

Yes you can set each to a different temperature. Yes you can use either the top oven or the bottom oven without using the other.
