Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If that is an unlocked phone, it should work with any cell provider. Please note, it is a 5G phone, my son is using it for his T-Mobile. If "Consumer Cellular" supports 5G, it should work. The drop back if 4G (LTE). If Consumer supports 4G, that it should work as well. The bottom line is, but an unlocked phone to begin with
