A:AnswerI also had the Samsung A42 for over 5 years. Was a solid phone and never broke down. Had to replace ad no more updates and too old for my new cell plan. The A36 5g is a very good non high end phone. My battery is great all day snd into the late night with alot of use. Camara is better, and seems fast enough for me to go back and foryh between apps. So far so good with this new A36 and with 6 years of updates I believe.

Found a wallet phone that fits my new phone.

A:AnswerNah, they want you the phone to be registered with the carrier and then make it so u cant switch to another carrier. I would js buy and do it yourself because its easier and you don't have to wait weeks to connect your phone. While if they do it I had to wait almost a 4 weeks.
