This was an unlocked phone that I bought. You just take this SIM card out of your phone. Put it in this one and it should work fine. That's all I had to do. The cost of the phone is what the store has it on sale for. I use my best buy credit card. This was a very simple and easy process. And then there's help, is it the store that will help you transfer your data over from your old phone to your new phone?. To me it was a very simple process.
