How on earth do you use this on a Samsung Galaxy S5? It says in the specs that you can, specifically use it on a Galaxy S5. The reviews say you can use it on a Galaxy S5 but the cord does NOT fit a Galaxy S5, nor is there a USB port on it. HOW DO YOU USE THIS on my specific phone?!

The Galaxy S5 has the old plug end. If you look carefully, the input is divided into two parts, the micro USB plug will fit in the big half of the input. It will not charge your phone as quickly as a lightning connector, but it should work to charge your phone.

The gs5 use usb 3.0, but a standard micro usb will work on the right side of the double port...

Just pull the cable out of the charger and plug it in to the bottom on of the phone.
