• It depends a lot on how they fit in your ear (your ear shape). I have no issues with them falling out or moving around. I do have other issues with them; disconecting and stuttering when other bluetooth devices are near (even my watch).

• I would never try to wear mine while running. They fall out if I walk, eat, talk or smile. I had to turn the gesture controls off so I could keep pushing them back in and not mess with the sound.
