Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the Note 8 and I either have a bad Buds unit or something else is going on. When they are well connected they sound great on both ends of a phone call. However, these have the worst connection out of the 3 different buds they put out, especially on phone calls. The other person described it as "you sound good, clear...wait what I can't understand you" sounding robotic, fading in and out, garbled. The BT range I get is about 15 feet if I'm lucky and they still have not fixed the back pocket disconnection that has plagued the Buds line as well as other brands. I am almost ready to return them and I just received them on the 10th. Do I like them, yes. Do I want to return them, no. But, if you get them, do plenty of testing during your return window and hopefully you'll have a better experience than I.
