Yes I use them biking and on my motorcycle

Absolutely. I use them for weights and cardio with no issue. There are multiple sizes in the package for the silicon earbud tips. Test them out and find your size.

They didn't stay in my ears, and I wasn't even exercising!! I'd say NO.
