“I've had these for about a month now and mainly wear them walking outside. I'm unable to put my phone in my jacket or pants pocket without the sound on the earbuds being disrupted, I have to actually keep the phone in my hand. Does anyone know why?”

Go back to exchange them. Maybe you got a defective pair. Mine works perfectly fine when I put my phone into my jacket

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had this problem have you visited your cell service provider to check the phone out sounds like a problem with the bluetooth transmitter. Also make sure galaxy wearable is updated.
