• My smart ROKU tv doesn't have bluetooth in it buy through a ROKU remote app on my phone, I can send the audio from my smart TV to the device (phone or tablet) that has the ROKU Remote app installed. Then you can hook your speakers, earphones, or bluetooth devices to THAT device and viola, you have "bluetoothed" the TV audio to your ears.

• Yes, I have paired them with my Samsung SmartTV and they work fine.
