The Galaxy Buds do not offer active noise-cancelling. They do, however, attenuate external sounds quite well, especially when used with good, third-party eartips like those from Comply or JLab. I'd find these quite acceptable for a short-to-medium-distance flight.

Yes. Noise cancelling for sure. Whats even better is the app that you use with these are equipped with ambiance sounds which means you can turn off the noise cancelling function.

Yes, but I believe this feature is only available if you have a Samsung Galaxy phone. The noise cancelling feature is tied to the Galaxy Wearables app.

No they do not. But I use them for lawn work. They fit so snuggly that they keep noise out as well as my regular ear plugs.
