“I've had a Galaxy S6 for a couple years now. I'm going to be getting the Galaxy buds soon. Are they compatible/ going to work well with my phone that is kind of considered "old" now?”

Hello Anne, thanks for asking! These earbuds can be used with a smartphone and tablet running Android 5.0 or higher & RAM 1.5GB above or iOS. Automatic sync and Ambient Aware Mode are only available for Android; iOS users can use Voice Command/Siri. ^Elizabeth
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.they use an app from the samsung store called gear. I would recommend downloading the app first. if there would be a problem, it would be with the app. so as long as your OS is new enough, I think you should be good
