I use mine while running on the treadmill and using the elliptical. I don't have to turn the volume up all of the way and have never had any issues with them falling out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fit for me can be loose and need to adjust. When pushing the buds into place it is common to trigger muting them. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend for activity.
